Our client a leading financier of construction assets seeks a Sales Manager to develop business across the South of the UK.

Your role will be to engage with a number of existing vendors and to also drive business from a portfolio of existing customers , plus the targeting and winning of new vendor partners.

You will be tasked with achieving realistic volume and margin targets which we will be happy to discuss with appropriately skilled applicants that we wish to submit to our client.

As part of your role you will build and submit credit applications to support larger transactions working closely with colleagues both in credit and operations.

Candidate Profile

To apply for this position you need to be located no further north than Milton Keynes as this is the northern limit of your sales area.

We are ideally seeking applications for this position from those with a strong background in the financing of construction assets but we will also consider those with experience of other hard assets

You must also have experience of working with vendors and also of closing deals with customers.

You may have a background with a captive, a bank asset financier or a major lease broker but are seeking a fresh challenge and greater earning potential.

Whatever your background you will possess sound commercial acumen , the ability to analyse and interpret data and well developed sales and relationship development skills plus the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Salary range up to £85,000 plus bonus of up to 45% quarterly paid + company car or car allowance and excellent benefits.
