Our client a leading funder to lease brokers for both hard and soft assets typically for deals from £50,000 to £1m but with not absolute upper limit, are seeking additional broker managers to capitalise on market opportunities.

Of primary interest are the areas of South East, North West and North East.

Whilst our client already works with over 200 lease brokers nationally and has terms in place with over 400 they are seeking those who have the skills to not only grow volumes and share of business from existing lease brokers but to prospect and win new ones and to turnaround underperforming brokers or turn former partners again into active partners.

Realistic sales target are set that will reflect the salary you seek and the volume of business you can write. The typical hiring range being from c£55,000 to c£80,000.

At the lower end of the salary range you can expect a target of c£12m per annum towards the upper end you can expect to be asked to deliver c£18m per annum.

Your reward will be to receive monthly paid commission on every deal that you brokers do and at a highly market competitive share of profit that we are happy to disclose along with the target margins that you will be tasked to deliver.

Candidate Profile:

  • We are seeking applications from existing successful broker managers who live on the territories of South East, North West or North East.
  • You will have a plethora of broker contacts who view you as a trusted partner but you may be frustrated that your current employers asset class range or credit appetite does not allow you to take more business from your brokers.
  • You will be delivering excellent volumes and great profits for your current employer but may not be being fairly rewarded for your efforts.
  • Perhaps you are remunerated today on an opaque and discretionary year end paid bonus that is also capped so when you over perform you do not share in the additional profit you have delivered.
