Kathrin Frauscher has been appointed as the new managing director and chief executive officer of BMW Financial Services India.
She moves from her role as chief executive officer of BMW Financial Services Denmark.
Since joining BMW Group in 2007, Frauscher (pictured) has also worked as head of sales performance for BMW Financial Services Northern Europe in addition to experience working in retail performance and MINI brand management.
Ritu Chandy, regional chief executive officer of BMW Group Financial Services for Asia Pacific, said: “Kathrin Frauscher made a major contribution to the success of BMW Financial Services Denmark in the last few years. We are confident that she will continue the successful development of business as she takes charge of operations in India.”
BMW Financial Services India, which is owned by BMW Group and headquartered in Gurgaon, launched in 2010 offering retail finance, commercial finance and insurance solutions.
