Tomasz Sudaj has joined asset finance consulting and services firm Invigors EMEA, the European arm of The Alta Group.
He will play a key role in business development, particularly in advancing ‘as a service’ offerings and supporting digitalisation.
Sudaj (pictured) has more than 20 years of experience working within the Polish leasing industry.
He began his leasing career with market leader EFL (Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy) at the end of the 1990’s, when the Polish leasing market was formed. He played a key role in forming the dedicated corporate business line in 2009.
From 2011 to 2018, as managing director of Santander Leasing Poland (previously BZ WBK Leasing), he was responsible for the company’s strategy and created the conditions for significant business growth.
Sudaj focused on digitalisation of front-end processes and business improvements including automation of risk assessment and adjustment of rating models.
He was also involved in strategic projects related to SME customers of Santander Bank Poland.
