My client is one of the UK's most trusted independent car finance brokers and they are expanding their sales support team.

Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service and administrative support, delivering a smooth and efficient process. Accurate and timely processing of transactions, whilst ensuring all stakeholders and customers are fully updated. Adhering to agreed policies and procedures to maintain company and customer security.

The Role:

  • Ensure that all deals are dealt with in line with company policy and procedures.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for deals allocated to you through to completion.
  • Manage all deals efficiently, accurately and with high levels of diligence in line with company expectations.
  • Follow company customer due diligence process accurately to protect customers, the company and our partners against fraud.
  • Process customer payments via Sage online.
  • Authorise internal invoice deals.
  • Act as a main point of contact on allocated deal and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Answering inbound calls in a timely manner and in line with company expectations.
  • Keep customers updated on deal progress on a regular basis.
  • Keep Account Managers updated on deal progress as necessary

Skills:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong IT skills — MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills

You can also work Saturdays and this will be paid as over time or a day off in lieu.
