My client is a well-established lender based in the North of England; they are looking for a Trainee BDM/Broker Manager, based out of their Manchester Office, to service the increasing demand for asset finance from a broad range of Northern based Asset Finance brokers.

The Role:

• Involves largely self-sourcing your own business by identify and prospecting for new introducer’s whilst maintaining an existing panel of introducers in your area.
• Is an external sales role involving significant out bound activity including a minimum of 3-5 self-generated physical meetings a week with brokers across the North.
• Requires the management of leads from proposal to pay out, including credit appraisal and physical sign ups on most deals.

Suitable Candidates should have/be:

• Recent experience of the Asset Finance Industry
• Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Sales driven with ability to plan and manage their own high levels of activities and contact strategy.
• A full driving license.
• Previous experience in credit appraisal i.e. reviewing searches, bank statements and financials is preferred.
