Award-winning global recruitment company LMA Recruitment is planning expansion in 2020 as it builds on the successful launch of its leasing and asset finance division.
The new arm of the business was opened in 2019 and is already supporting some of the UK’s biggest finance companies with senior executive appointments, while also sourcing a wide range of other skilled staff.
LMA Recruitment was launched in 1999 and has offices in the UK and Singapore, with specialist consultants sourcing roles in areas including risk, compliance, HR, operations and business support, in addition to finance.
The business also extends its global reach as part of Empresaria, the international specialist staffing group, with operations in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas.
He said: “The scale of our network means that we can provide a single-source solution for clients, as we are able to provide specialist recruitment for leasing and asset finance roles, but also use the wider resources in the business for a range of other vacancies.
“We have made really good progress since launch and have ambitious plans for growth in 2020.”
The new division has expanded with the addition of Victoria Rua and Kim Grant, with more roles planned as the business grows.
Sommerville added: “We draw on in-depth market intelligence and use industry-leading tools to search, screen and select. We provide specialist services, but with access to a global network, so customers receive all the benefits of a big agency, but with a personal touch.
“We have a wide network of contacts and we are also armed with the expert knowledge needed to understand the most complex of vacancy briefs.”
LMA recruitment was voted Best Banking and Financial Services Agency of the Year at the 2018 Recruiter Awards.
Sommerville said: “Our award winning status really is testament to the quality of service. Whether someone is a recruiting manager who is looking for the best talent on the market or a candidate seeking their next job opportunity in the industry, we work with honesty and integrity to ensure their expectations are not only matched but exceeded.”
