Autofutura, the automotive finance software provider, has appointed Chris Kirby as a strategic advisor to its board to help lead development of its Portfolio 3Sixty product.
Portfolio 3Sixty is the collective name for a suite of B2B, B2C and C2B digital automotive services used by car manufacturers, financiers, dealers and owner-drivers.
Kirby said: “Today’s customers have their expectations set by their interactions with the likes of Apple, Amazon and challenger banks such as Monzo, Tide and Revolut.
“In short, this means that carmakers, their national sales companies and financiers must deliver this level of frictionless service if they are to develop ever closer relations with customers and prospects.”
Portfolio 3Sixty can import data from multiple sources like vehicle pricing, a vehicle’s technical information, finance rates, residual values, manufacturer marketing offers, running costs and total cost of ownership. Using this data, Portfolio 3Sixty can offer customers repurchase propositions.
Kim Sandom, Autofutura’s chief executive, said Kirby’s knowledge would help fast track the company’s plans to introduce new services for customers.
